Dr. Wolman GmbH’s intention is to promote the confidence of users in the Internet and, for this reason, it wants make public its handling of sensitive data. In the following please read what data is collected and how it is dealt with at Dr. Wolman GmbH.
Explanations concerning the Security of Data
As a rule, you can retrieve all Internet pages of the Dr. Wolman GmbH website without giving any specification concerning your person. If your name, your address or other personal data is needed in some cases, you will be advised of the fact. Your personal data are used in order to improve the service of Dr. Wolman GmbH for both website visitors and customers.
If you decide to make personal data available to Dr. Wolman GmbH or to one of its business partners for correspondence or order processing purposes, this data will be treated according to the strict regulations of the German Federal Law for Data Protection (BDSG).
When retrieving Internet pages, Dr. Wolman GmbH may receive tracking data of users that are saved for file recovery reasons, such as IP address, date, time-of-day and visited pages. This data is analysed by Dr. Wolman GmbH in order to determine user behaviour and compile statistics. In doing so, Dr. Wolman GmbH complies with the high safety standards of the German teleservices data privacy law (TDDSG) and the data security regulation for telecommunications enterprise (TDSV). Dr. Wolman GmbH does not make any personalized use of the data collected. The statistical analysis of data records is performed with anonymized data only.

Passing on of personal information to Third Parties
If, while processing an order, data should be passed on to a Third Party, those Third Parties are bound by the BDSG, other laws and are also contractually bound by the Privacy Policy of Dr. Wolman GmbH. As far as Dr. Wolman GmbH is obligated legally or by court order, it will disclose your data to the required extent to those institutions entitled to receive it.
For any other purpose, Dr. Wolman GmbH does not disclose your data without your prior agreement.
Security
Dr. Wolman GmbH stores your data on particularly protected servers in Germany. Access to it is only permitted to very few authorized personnel, who are in charge of the technical, commercial or editorial care of these servers.
If you do not agree / revocation
If you request Dr. Wolman GmbH not to use your personal data for making any further contact and/or to delete it completely, Dr. Wolman GmbH shall proceed accordingly. Data that is necessary for order processing or for commercial purposes will not be deleted.
Please be aware that in the event of revocation, the personalized service brought to you cannot be delivered any longer, since it is based on the use of customer data.
Use of cookies
Cookies are used to collect and store textual information during an online session. This information is stored on the user's hard drive in a special file in ASCII format (cookie.txt). The location where the cookie is stored on the user's drive is controlled by the user's browser. Cookies are information, which is sent back to the server at the next visit online. They only can be read by those servers which stored them.
Dr. Wolman GmbH only uses cookies when they are urgently necessary for user functions or when they facilitate website navigation. The information is not disclosed to any Third Party.

Hyperlinks to other websites
Dr. Wolman GmbH web pages contain links to Third Party websites. Dr. Wolman GmbH does not have any influence on the editorial contents of other web pages and/or on whether Third Parties comply with data protection regulations.
Advertising
As a rule, Dr. Wolman GmbH web pages do not contain any advertising except for our own products. Should the contrary be the case, the advertising has been distributed via external AdServers. The data collected in connection with online advertising (AdImpressions, AdClicks) are exclusively used for statistical analysis and for the compilation of reports for advertising customers. No personal data is used.
With the distribution of advertising, cookies may also be used without Dr. Wolman GmbH having any influence on it whatsoever.
