Dr. Wolman - Fire protection
To protect the lives and health of man and animals and to safeguard property, buildings, industrial installations or means of transport must comply with the demands of fire safety regulations.
In fulfilling these legal requirements, passive fire prevention measures now have a significant role to play. Appropriate preventive fire protection measures during a building’s planning and later implementation phase can improve the fire resistance of building components and so they can effectively maintain their function in the event of a fire for longer.
This will either prevent or significantly delay fire and smoke spreading throughout a building or to other buildings, thus creating the time necessary to take active fire fighting measures to save lives and property.

To ensure the demands of fire prevention in buildings can be met in full, Dr. Wolman has developed a great variety of fire safety products: the core of these developments are the Interdens® und Exterdens® ranges, consisting of foam products which expand in the event of a fire outbreak.
